Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation right away and a tracking email once your package ships.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–18 business days
    Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier capacity, and holidays.

Tracking & Split Shipments
Tracking is provided for all orders. To speed up delivery, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost.

Address Changes
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP with your order number and the updated address. We can’t change addresses after dispatch.

Delivery Issues
For missing/late packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (U.S.) or 14+ days (international), contact us. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed loss.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties will be treated as returns minus shipping/handling.

Damaged or Wrong Item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly via replacement or refund.
